2024 Scarecrow Trail
The Grand Coulee Dam Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to join in the fun by building a scarecrow for display, beginning October 15th and running through November 22nd. The scarecrows will be featured around Electric City, Grand Coulee, Coulee Dam, and Elmer City. We will encourage people to drive around town to view the scarecrows. Our amazing businesses, clubs, organizations, schools, churches, youth groups, etc., are encouraged to participate. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

The GCDA Chamber of Commerce and The Northwest Native Development Fund (NNDF) are proud to announce & host the 1st Annual saʔtítkʷ (River) Artist Celebration!
