This festival is a hometown favorite and draws people from the Grand Coulee Dam Area and the surrounding towns as well. It is a popular event for former residents of the area to return to year after year. The festival is always held on Mother's Day weekend. Activities for the weekend include a prize button raffle drawing with grand prizes drawn at 1:00pm on Saturday in the vendor area, two Pro-West Rodeos (6pm Friday evening and 4pm on Saturday), a parade down main street on Saturday and a carnival located next to the vendor area. Carnival hours of operation are 5pm-9pm on Thursday evening, 3pm-9pm on Friday evening and 11am-9pm on Saturday.
Vendors are located off HWY 155 at North Dam Park between Grand Coulee and Electric City.
Vendor set up (for 2016) is on Thursday, May 11: 9am-dusk.
Vendor hours of operation are from 10am-dusk on May 12 and 13 and 10am
to 2pm on May 14. Tear down must be complete by noon on Monday, May 15. Food vendors are required to pay an additional 10% of their gross festival earnings as well as their booth space expense. These monies are due to the Chamber of Commerce before leaving the festival. There are limited spaces available for self-contained RVs. Upon arrival check with officials for your space assignment. Electricity is limited and cannot be used for personal RV use.
There are no guns, knives, alcohol or any offensive items allowed. You'll need to bring your own UL-approved 3-pronged 50-100 foot electrical cord. You must apply and be accepted to vend at this event. Applicants will be reviewed by our Festival Committee prior to acceptance to ensure they meet our specifications. If accepted, you will be notified and your payment will be deposited. If you are not accepted, your payment will be returned to you. Make sure you include a photo of your booth, items and list of what you plan to sell. There is no early opening for this event.

Food Vendors: Health Permits Required
A temporary food vendor license issued by the Grant County Washington Health District is
mandatory if you are vending food. Complete and return
this application along with the $75 fee (for high-risk Commercial Food Vendor)
to the address listed on the form. This
must be received by Grant County Health District at least one full week before the event.

NOTE: The fee doubles to $150 if the application and payment are received less
than one week before the event. No exceptions.
